What To Expect
We have leveraged our unique hemp genetics in order to provide our farmers with plants that are high in cannabidiol (CBD), cannabigerol (CBG), cannabinol (CBN), cannabichromene (CBC), and other rare and unique naturally occurring synergistic cannabis compounds. We provide our farmers with the clones from these unique and proprietary genetics in order for them to be assured the highest success rate possible.
Before and after each harvest, our farmers test the plant material to ensure the absence of pesticides, heavy metals, molds, or mildews. After testing is completed, our farmers then process and ship the phytocannabinoid-rich plant material to one of our extraction facilities where we turn the biomass into full spectrum oil or isolate.

Once converted into oil or isolate, each batch is then assigned a unique barcode and certified at one of our testing labs before being shipped directly to our customers and retail stores.
Our expertise on hemp
We have exclusive hemp farms scattered throughout the United States. These farms have a US Farm Bill-compliant program and are one of the largest hemp farms found in the country.
Our farms also use consistent and unique medicinal genetics that give us a distinct competitive advantage in the industry. These medicinal genetics are not limited to but include:
- Specially bred cultivars (non-GMO)
- Proprietary high Cannabidiol (CBD)/low THC cultivars
- Rich phytocannabinoid and terpenoid strains
Our plants produce at least 15 percent of CBD with less than one percent of THC content. Our strain of hemp provides a rich spectrum profile of all medicinally valuable and diverse terpenes and phytocannabinoids.

Registered Industrial Hemp
All products produced by Blosum conform to the 2014 US Farm Bill section 7606 which federally legalized the cultivated of Registered United States Industrial Hemp under certain conditions with which we comply.
The proprietary and purification process takes place in Colorado at an extraction facility. This facility contains unique chromatography extraction technology, optimizing high levels of phytocannabinoids, while eliminating excessive amounts of THC and chlorophyll.
This high-tech extraction process identifies the different compounds found in hemp. It then removes the naturally occurring amounts of THC from the oil without compromising the non-psychoactive elements like cannabidiol (CBD), cannabigerol (CBG), and other naturally preserved terpenes.
On top of this, there is a rigorous testing system that is utilized in the facility. With on-site chromatography and third-party batch testing, these ensure accurate levels of phytocannabinoids and confirm the absence of THC.
The product you are receiving is the highest quality of TRUE Full Spectrum hemp-derived oil that contains no solvents, no metals, and no pesticides.

What to Expect from Hemp
There are usually a lot of questions whenever you add a new supplement to your routine. This is especially true if you are adding hemp oil. You have probably done the research and know the benefits you can get. But do you know what to expect or how long it will take to start feeling any results?
The first thing to remember is that everyone is different. Lifestyle, overall health, and the type of CBD oil product you are taking will play a role

You want to take the right concentration of hemp oil
Concentration amounts do vary. If you are just starting out with hemp oil, you probably will not want to start with a product that has a high concentration. Hemp oil with a 7mg concentration is a good place to start.
If you do not feel any benefits, move up to 17mg or even 50mg. There are higher concentrations of hemp oil in products but you might want to wait several weeks before trying one of those products.
Stick with the concentration you chose for at least four to six weeks. Try keeping a daily journal, documenting any changes you might feel. Concentrate on whether you are sleeping better or if your chronic pain is easing. These are two of the most common reasons people turn to hemp oil. If you still are not feeling any different after a month or so, then consider moving up to the next concentration.

BE CONSISTENT
CBD oil is similar to over-the-counter supplements. You must be consistent if you want to see any positive effects. Try getting into a routine. Take the oil at the same time each day. Do not miss a dose.
You can always take more CBD oil if needed but you cannot make up for missed doses. Not being consistent will just prolong the time it takes for you to notice its positive effects.
PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR BODY
If you listen to your body, you will have a better chance of noticing positive effects. It will also tell you if it is time to increase the dosage.
The main thing to remember about hemp oil supplements is that it will take time for the positive effects to be noticeable. Be patient and consistent. Within a few weeks, you will be glad that you were.
